Professional Rental Management
Our Occupancy Rate is 98/99%. We have offered our services to the CSRA since 1970
(Six and a half days a week) "You'll Love Us". We have a list of qualified Applicants
needing homes in all price ranges.
We have two full time rental agents and one part-time.
We manage over 300 single family homes in Columbia & Richmond Counties.
We qualify each Applicant & they must:
- Have a good steady job. Have a good beacon score.
- Provide present & past landlord references... and
- Be Able to Afford the Rent, their debts to verifiable income must be in line.
For property owners:
We will deposit your rent payment into a local bank the next business day. This
means you do not have to wait on the mail, or if you wish, we will mail it to you.
When repairs are needed, we have guaranteed fast, dependable repairmen who can handle
anything.
