Tenant will need to bring the following information at Application:

1. Drivers Licenses for each adult occupying the property.
2. Paystubs with year-to-date totals &/or last years W-2 / 1099
3. Last two (2) landlords name, address & Phone #

Before sending or calling for a repair:

1. Have You CHECKED your BREAKER BOX for a tripped breaker? Tripped breakers will cost YOU.
2. HAVE YOU CHANGED your Air Filter this Month? Air filters need to be changed every month or your Power Bill will increase & This will COST YOU!
3. If Your Gas has been off or you have turned your pilot lights off thinking this will save on gas, You are responsible for lighting all Pilot lights when reconnected. You are not saving when you consider the service repair fee for relighting your pilot lights.
