12. Copy of settlement and/or discharge papers for any divorce or bankruptcy.
13. For VA Loans Only: Copy of statement of service (Active Duty) or Certificate of Eligibilty and DD 214 (Retiree).
14. For Self-Employed Only: Tax returns (personal and coporate) for previous 2 years and year-to-date profit and loss statement.
