We qualify each Applicant & they must:

1. Have a good steady Job.
2. Have a good Beacon Score.
3. Provide Present & Past landlord References... and.
4. Be Able to Afford the Rent, their debts to verifiable income  must be in line.
5. We have Two (2) Full Time Rental agents and one (1) part-time.
6. We manage over 300 single family homes in Columbia & Richmond Counties.

For property owners:
We will deposit your rent payment into a local bank the next business day.  This means you do not have to wait on the mail, or if you wish we will mail it to you. When repairs are needed, we have guaranteed fast dependable repairmen who can handle anything.
